The ACJ has professional links and contacts with reputed journalism education and training institutions abroad including Columbia, Cardiff and Westminster Universities. It has academic links with Indian institutions of excellence such as the M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation. BBC Worldwide is a partner the ACJ’s broadcast education and training programme. The College has substantial support from Satyam Infoway for its computer labs and connectivity. The MDF has had support from the Ford Foundation in key academic areas. The South Asia Foundation established by UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Madanjeet Singh has given scholarship assistance to bring students from the various SAARC countries to the ACJ, and is providing a generous grant for a new campus. Working visits by distinguished journalism educators and media professionals from various countries give students wider exposure to the best in international journalism. |
